Situated at Camposol, Mazarrón which is a large, mainly British owned urbanization in the Murcia Province that is located in the South Eastern corner of Spain. This is the REAL SPAIN, a lovely scenic area where the Spanish People go on holiday. There is plenty to see and do but is nothing like commercialized Benidorm (Sorry no ‘ kiss me quick hats’ here!)

The villa is a good size with 3 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS and not only does it have what is believed to be the largest private swimming pool on the whole of Camposol Urbanization, but now has something unique on Camposol – A TOTALLY SEPARATE TODDLERS SPLASH/ ADULTS “CHILLOUT POOL“ (Ideal for ladies that don’t want to wet their hair!) The villa is located just a 10 minute walk away from an 18 hole par 72 golf course and two commercial centres with a selection of shops, large supermarket, English grocer, huge oriental bazar, 4 hair & beauty salons, 2 barbers, mobility shop, car hire, approximately 22 bars, cafes and restaurants including Chinese, Indian, Bulgarian, American Diner, fish and chip shop, a live entertainment venue with a casino, A family entertainment centre. Also on the square there is a post office, Bank, Large Gym, Printers, shops, ATM Cash machines.

Please be aware, Camposol is a large urbanisation and is almost 3 miles long from end to end, some villas on "Sectors C" and "Sector D". Whilst at first sight may appear to be slightly cheaper, in reality these villas can involve several miles walking from the shops and bars, no fun carrying shopping in 90 degree summer heat, remenber what your mother told you “You only get what you pay for in this world” Please Note: No Buses from ‘C’ or ‘D’ Sector and Taxis can be expensive. Our home is situated just a short pleasent flat walk (10 to 15mins) from everthing camposol has to offer. The villa sleeps from 2 to 8 persons and has one en suite double master bedroom up stairs with its own full bathroom. Downstairs are two further bedrooms, both treble rooms each with a double and a single bed above. One of these bedrooms has a shower room next door and the other has a full en suite bathroom. We also have a baby cot and high chair available on request. There is a good sise fully fitted kitchen including full laundry facilities. Air conditioning and heating is in all three bedrooms and the lounge. The Vills also boasts a large and very private rooftop solarium that is ideal for that “all over tan”. English and Spanish TV available. Outside is a bbq and gazebo along with outdoor seating and sunbeds arranged around our huge clover leaf shaped swimming pool which is not shared and is for your families sole use. PLEASE NOTE: Our neighbours want our guests to have fun but Camposol is a residential area and is unsuitable for very rowdy groups who enjoy early morning revelry after midnight. In common with all other villas on Camposol, we have a “Quiet Hours Policy” from Midnight until 8am (Note: Legal requirement in Murcia) LATEST PRICES FOR 2023 PER NIGHT (For all dates throughout the year for over 4 people in your party just add £7 pppn) Winter Season: (minimum of 5 nights) end of octobber until the end of march (except Christmas / New Year week - Negotiable) up to 4 people £130 Spring / Early Summer: (minimum of 5 nights) 1st April - 31st May, £139 for up to 4 people Summer Season: (minimum of 6 nights) 1st of June - 15th July, £148 for up to 4 people. High Summer: (minimum of 7 nights) 16th July - 5th September, £160 for up to 4 people Late Summer: (minimum of 5 nights) 6th September to 31st October £145 up to 4 people. 25% Deposit is required please with the balance due by bank transfer 28 days before arrival. Alternatively you can pay cash on arrival in Euros at the official exchange rate. There is a “one-off” charge of £75 added to all villa bookings for the final villa clean.
